WHY DO I EAT, EVEN WHEN I AM NOT HUNGRY?
It can be frustrating to know what and when you should and shouldn't eat. But even when you plan on eating healthy throughout the day, you end up caving and eat the wrong things or too much anyway, even when you aren't actually hungry. This feeling of being out of control can make us ashamed of our behavior, but oftentimes this feeling just drives more compulsive eating.
There are many other reasons that people eat while they are not hungry. Some of it is habitual, other times it is to distract from painful emotions, sometimes it is to relax and have a good time. For many people, enjoying tasty food is the most enjoyable part of any day. It’s hard for them to give up the one thing that they find pleasure in.
Thankfully all of this can be addressed with hypnosis. I have a lot of experience in helping people with all types of over eating and motivational issues.
